The answers to the following frequently asked questions sum up Render Demo’s ordering policies.
What’s the difference between buying a digital download vs an actual DVD video?
Render Demo sells video tutorials by design professional in DIGITAL and DVD formats. Digital Downloads can be instantly downloaded following a successful purchase. Actual DVD discs will need to be shipped and will incur additional shipping charges as well as take time to ship. Our DVD-Rom discs are intended for playback on computer DVD-Rom players ONLY and are compatible with both Mac and PC computers. Most video software players can be used, but QuickTime player or VLC viewer are recommended. Free downloadable copies of the above mentioned software packages are available online.
How are your products shipped?
Products are shipped worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Flat Rate service. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and may take 1-3 days to process. Returned orders will be subject to additional shipping charges.
What about international orders?
On average, international orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Further delays may be due to customs inspections and/or holds. Different customs practices and restrictions vary depending on the country so we advise checking with your post office and customs office for rules and regulations.
Due to sanctions imposed, we are unable to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria. ?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert the amount of your order based on current exchange rates. Render Demo is not liable for additional fees, customs or taxes that your country may require. Render Demo is not liable for any delays or lost items due to shipping or customs.
Is my credit card number safe?
Renderdemo.com is secured with a Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, making it virtually impossible for your personal information and credit card number to be stolen during your purchase.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final? unless merchandise is damaged or defective. In that event, please e-mail us for return authorization and we will promptly re-ship the item to you via the appropriate shipping method. Please review your order carefully before submitting your final purchase.
Digital Downloads are non-refundable. Once you download a digital file, you own a digital copy and therefore we cannot issue a refund.
Can I come to Render Demo’s office to purchase a product?
Unfortunately, No. All of our products are available for purchase exclusively online.
How should I contact Render Demo in the event of a problem?
The best way to contact us is via our CONTACT US form. We try to respond to each inquiry as quickly as possible but due to traffic, it may take us a couple days to get back to you.
Can I share my purchased tutorials or assets?
No. Our instructors work very hard to create and publish these materials for our customers. We have tried to make Render Demo a valuable and affordable resource for everyone, so your cooperation and support are necessary for this resource to continue to grow. Do you offer Academic or Discounted Pricing?
