Private customers are required to pay via Google or PayPal. Please note that this does not require setting up a Google or PayPal account!!
For customers placing large orders (mainly companies, bookstores and Universities), we can offer payment via invoice. Send us an email with your order including number of DVD's. Please ensure to give us both your billing address and full delivery address (including country). We also require a phone number and contact name, to ensure safe delivery of your DVD's. European customers are also requested to supply a VAT-registration number (if available).
Shipping
We ship worldwide! Observe that when purchasing multiple DVD's we can offer much lower shipping costs per item. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and shown as you continue with your order.
FAQ
Are there any student discounts?
Yes, we offer extra discounts for students. Once you complete your order you need to contact us and fill out the Educational Discount form. Once completed, we will reimburse you the difference. Please read the "Student Discount" policy completely before placing your order.
Is the book available in retail shops or on Amazon.com?
Right now our DVD's are NOT available in retail stores, Amazon.com or other Internet bookstores.
What if I dont have a credit card, can I pay with a bank transfer?
We offer payment via bank transfer (invoice) only for customers placing large orders (mainly companies, bookstores and Universities).
How does Pre-Ordering work?
We offer pre-ordering so you can be the first to order the product. Once a Pre-Order is placed, we charge your account. Once our Production Facility completes production, we will immediately ship your order. Pre-Orders may be set up a few weeks in advance of a product launch, so it may take a little while for you to recieve your product.
Can I track my shipment?
We unfortunately cannot offer online tracking. If some problems occur with the delivery, or if your DVD's haven’t arrived after the normal shipping time, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Can I pay using a currency other than US dollars?
No, you have to pay in US Dollars.
SHIPPING and PROCESSING NOTICE: Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays).
TRACKING NUMBERS: Please note that although orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt (Excluding weekends and holidays), tracking numbers may not be available until 48 hours after order is placed. In order to track International orders, Express shipping is needed. This shipping method adds additional cost and must be purchased in order to track the shipment Internationally. If you decide to use the regular shipping option, Render Demo cannot guarantee your shipment. It may be lost and not arrive at its final destination and there is no way to track the package. We strongly recommend selecting the Express Shipping method offered in order to ensure your package is delivered via tracking.
OTHER DELAYS Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. However, we will work our hardest to make sure your order is processed speedily and help you with any problems related to your order shipment.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders may take up to 2 business days to process and ship. We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country may have for importing DVDs. We are also not responsible for any delays or lost items due to USPS or customs, and if customs returns your order to us we will charge you for the reshipment of your order. Similarly we cannot be held responsible for your country’s own postal service delays, loses or damages. However, our customer service team will do their best to solve any problem related to your order shipment.
All sales of DVDs are non-refundable. All sales are final.
